Mandy Smith doubles as our television correspondent and lead baker. She's often seen cutting drool-worthy pies on local news stations and carrying her adorable kid through the coffeehouse. A graduate of Sinclair Community College's Culinary Arts program and the University of Dayton's entrepreneurship program, Mandy started behind the bar at Ghostlight before putting her passion to work by launching the bakery side of the business. Mandy is always looking for new and exciting (and often vegan) twists on everyone's favorite traditional treats.
